Next Level LVL-10

NextLevel's pulse technique for the LVL-10 divides water delivery into several small additions. Rebuilding a modest water column encourages uniform contact through the flat bed, aiming for even extraction and a composed cup.

Notes

Keep pulse size and pour height consistent, adding the next pulse before the bed dries. If later pulses drain progressively slower, reduce agitation or grind coarser; if the cup is weak while flow stays fast, move the grind finer.
