    Pour

    Pour the remaining water to 250g total.

    To 250g 20s Slow

    Wait

    Let it draw down briefly.

    Press

    Press gently — stop before reaching the bottom.

  5. 1:30 05
    Done

    Serve.

Notes

Original dose was 18.3g; round to 18g for everyday use. Wet the filter thoroughly before adding the coffee. Press gently and stop short — do not push all the way down.
