How it brews

The flat-bottom paper made for xBloom's Omni brewer, a roughly 85 mm cellulose disc. It's cut for the Omni's own seat, so it's brewer-specific and doesn't interchange with standard V60, Kalita or other flat papers. xBloom publishes no fast/medium/slow class for it, so we leave flow unrated. As an automatic-brewer paper it seats in the machine's dosing head and needs no special handling.
