How it brews

The B3 grade of Sibarist's abaca paper cut for the Suprima's 48° SD1R cone — its own seat, so it's brewer-specific and doesn't interchange with standard V60 or Kalita papers. As a B3 sheet it's the lower-porosity option Sibarist rates as medium flow, trading drainage speed for more body and retention (the maker's own framing, not measured here). Reach for it when you want contact time and weight on the Suprima. Specialty, single-use, with the usual pre-brew rinse.
