How it brews

Sibarist's abaca cone paper for V60-style cones in S and M, offered in both FAST and B3 grades. It drops into the V60-cone seat and interchanges with other cone papers there. The FAST grade is the high-permeability sheet Sibarist rates as fast-draining, letting you grind finer for clarity without choking the bed; B3 is the lower-porosity option that builds more body and contact time (both the maker's own claims, not measured here). A pre-brew rinse is the usual habit.

How it brews

Timemore's own V-shape cone paper in the 02 size, a cellulose sheet for V60-style cones. It drops into the V60-cone seat and interchanges with other 02 cone papers there. Timemore prints no fast/medium/slow class for it, so flow is left unrated. A quick rinse before brewing is common to settle the paper and knock back any note.
