How it brews

Sibarist's fast abaca cone paper cut for the Halo brewer — made for that brewer's own cone seat, so it's brewer-specific and doesn't interchange with standard V60 or Kalita papers. It's the same high-permeability, low-clog abaca sheet as the rest of the FAST line, shaped to the Halo geometry, which Sibarist frames as fast-draining so the grind and pour set the pace (its own claim, not measured here). Specialty, single-use, with the usual rinse.
