How it brews

Sibarist's fast abaca paper cut for a dual-chamber brewer — made for that brewer's own two-part seat, so it's brewer-specific and doesn't interchange with standard V60, Kalita or flat papers. It's the same high-permeability, low-clog abaca sheet as the rest of the FAST line, shaped to the dual-chamber geometry, which Sibarist frames as fast-draining (its own claim, not measured here). Specialty, single-use, with the usual pre-brew rinse.
