How it brews

Sibarist's fast abaca paper cut as flat discs in 63 mm and 72 mm — sized for specific disc seats, so they're brewer-specific and don't interchange with cone or Kalita-Wave papers. It's the same high-permeability, low-clog abaca sheet as the rest of the FAST line, shaped to a small flat disc; Sibarist frames the FAST paper as draining quickly (its own claim, not measured here). Match the disc diameter to your brewer. Specialty, single-use, with the usual rinse.
