How it brews

Sibarist's fast abaca paper cut for a steep 28-30° cone — a narrower, steeper geometry than a standard V60, so it's cut for that specific steep-cone seat and doesn't drop into a regular V60 or Kalita paper. It's the same high-permeability, low-clog abaca sheet as the rest of the FAST line, shaped to the steep cone, which Sibarist frames as fast-draining so the grind and pour lead (its own claim, not measured here). Specialty, single-use, with the usual pre-brew rinse.
