Same high-permeability abaca sheet as the FAST line: an open flat paper clears the shallow bed quickly, which is the fast, high-clarity brief Sibarist markets (its own claim, not measured here) — build contact time back with a finer grind if you want more. Specialty, single-use, with the usual rinse.

It's the same high-permeability, low-clog abaca sheet as the rest of the FAST line, shaped for a larger batch bed, which Sibarist frames as fast-draining so the grind and pour set the pace rather than the paper (its own claim, not measured here). Specialty, single-use, with the usual pre-brew rinse.
