How it brews
NextLevel's flat-bottom paper for the LVL-10 brewer, a roughly 98 mm circular disc. It sits on its own seat and does not interchange with Kalita-Wave or other flat papers — it's cut to the LVL-10's own bed. The flat disc holds the coffee in a wide, shallow, even bed, the geometry NextLevel built this brewer around. NextLevel states no flow class for it and there's no dependable within-seat ranking, so we leave flow unrated rather than invent one. It's single-use, with the usual pre-brew rinse to seat the paper.
