How it brews

The cotton-blend cone paper made for Kinto's SCS brewer, in 2-cup and 4-cup sizes. It's cut for the SCS's own seat, so it's brewer-specific and doesn't interchange with standard V60 or Kalita papers. Kinto publishes no fast/medium/slow class for it, so we leave flow unrated rather than guess. A pre-brew rinse is the usual habit with a cone paper like this.
