How it brews

Goat Story's conical paper for the GINA brewer, cut to the V60-02 class cone. Because it shares the V60 seat, it fits a standard V60-class dripper as readily as the GINA itself, so it's an easy substitute in either direction. Goat Story states no flow class for it, and there's no dependable within-seat ranking against other cone papers, so we leave flow unrated rather than invent one. As a single-use cone paper it takes the usual pre-brew rinse to seat it against the cone and rinse off any paper note.

How it brews

The Graycano is a conical cast-aluminium dripper, and the GC01 is its own size-2 cone paper tuned to the dripper's "Lava Rib" geometry. Graycano states that V60 size 02 and Melitta 102 filters also fit the dripper, so we record a V60-cone seat as the closest match; the GC01 is a true cone. No published flow rating, so flow is left unrated. (This is the standalone Graycano brand, not GINA's cone papers.)
