- How it brews
- The trapezoid (wedge) cut of Cafec's higher-abaca paper, in 101/102 sizes for Melitta-style wedge brewers rather than a cone. The wedge seat and the flat-ish bed it makes are the point: it fits Melitta-wedge drippers and interchanges with other wedge papers there, not with V60 cones. Cafec publishes no flow class for it, so flow is left unrated. As with the rest of the ABACA line, a quick rinse before brewing is common.

- How it brews
- Hario's cellulose paper for the Pegasus dripper, in sizes 01, 02 and 03 cut for the Melitta-style wedge seat — so it fits wedge drippers rather than the V60 cone Hario is better known for. The wedge format seats a folded flat-bottom paper, which pools and drains the bed differently from a single-hole cone. Hario states no flow class for the Pegasus paper and there's no dependable within-seat ranking against other wedge papers, so we leave flow unrated rather than invent one. Choose the size to your dripper and batch, and give it the usual pre-brew rinse.
