How it brews
An abaca paper Cafec cuts specifically for a deep 27° cone — a much narrower, taller cone than a V60, which is why it lives on its own seat and does not interchange with standard V60 papers. Drop a standard V60 cone paper into a Deep 27 brewer and it bulges and folds instead of seating cleanly; this paper is shaped to the steep wall so the bed sits deep and columnar. That tall, narrow column keeps water in longer contact with a deeper bed, which is the geometry Cafec is selling here. Cafec publishes no flow rating for the Deep line and there's no reliable within-seat ranking, so we leave flow unrated rather than guess; it's a single Cup1 (1-cup) size, oxygen-bleached, with the usual pre-brew rinse.
