As with any metal filter, the mesh lets oils and fines through for a fuller, more sediment-heavy cup than paper, and it drains fast enough that a coarser grind usually behaves better. - Timemore's own V-shape cone paper in the 02 size, a cellulose sheet for V60-style cones. It drops into the V60-cone seat and interchanges with other 02 cone papers there. Timemore prints no fast/medium/slow class for it, so flow is left unrated. A quick rinse before brewing is common to settle the paper and knock back any note.
