- How it brews
- A budget reusable stainless cone that fits both V60-style cones and the Chemex, aimed at people who want a metal filter without the premium of an Able Kone. As with any metal filter, the mesh lets oils and fines through for a fuller, more sediment-heavy cup than paper, and it drains fast enough that a coarser grind usually behaves better. The "fast" rating is community consensus, not a lab number. It's a zero-waste, one-buy option; the trade against paper is clarity and a clean base.

- How it brews
- Goat Story's conical paper for the GINA brewer, cut to the V60-02 class cone. Because it shares the V60 seat, it fits a standard V60-class dripper as readily as the GINA itself, so it's an easy substitute in either direction. Goat Story states no flow class for it, and there's no dependable within-seat ranking against other cone papers, so we leave flow unrated rather than invent one. As a single-use cone paper it takes the usual pre-brew rinse to seat it against the cone and rinse off any paper note.
