Polish barista who started in coffee in 2004 and won the 2007 Polish Barista Championship before moving to Norway to work at Stockfleth's. Took the 2009 World AeroPress Championship — the second WAC ever held. He is now the owner of Coffee Proficiency, a roastery based in Kraków.
