Malaysian barista and home brewer known for adapting pour-over techniques to the AeroPress. Best known for the Akuma recipe, a percolation-and-immersion hybrid inspired by Tetsu Kasuya's 4:6 method on the Hario Switch.

01 Switch Hybrid Standard position. Use the plunger as a valve, like the Hario Switch: seat it to hold water in for immersion, lift it to let the bed percolate. Kasuya 4:6 split between two pour temperatures. Ratio 1:12
