Percolation

Hario V60 NEO Hario others by Kurasu

Kurasu's recommended V60 Neo percolation uses 12g and four steady additions without a distinct bloom. It relies on the brewer's quick, even drainage to deliver a light-bodied, transparent cup with clean aromatics.

Notes

Keep each addition controlled and let the slurry level fall before the next, but do not expose a dry, cracked bed. If the low 12g dose tastes thin, grind finer rather than pouring harder; coarsen if the finish becomes papery or drying.
