    Pour up to 120g, stirring the slurry as you go.

    Let it drain quickly and serve.

Notes

Grind around 24-25 clicks on a Comandante — normal or a hair finer than a usual V60. On the main pours, stir the slurry as you pour to lift extraction; the NEO still drains fast.
