LIGHT UP COFFEE's Yuma Kawano exploits the V60 Neo's rapid drainage with a slightly finer grind and deliberate slurry movement during pouring. The extra agitation builds sweetness and density without sacrificing clarity.

Notes

Begin around 24 clicks to 25 clicks on a Comandante. Move the stream through the slurry enough to circulate grounds, but avoid scraping the paper wall. If the cup dries, reduce stirring first; if hollow, tighten the grind.

Grinder

24-25 clicks on a Comandante C40 (normal or slightly finer than usual).
