Method

Pour 40g of hot water, then stir the slurry about 10 times.
To 40g 8s Circular -
0:30 02Pour
Pour up to 150g in one continuous pour, finishing by about 0:40.
To 150g 10s Circular -
1:30 03Done
Let it drain onto the ice, stir as it chills, and serve over the ice.
