With the valve CLOSED, pour to 50g to bloom, then stir hard.
To 50g 10s Circular -
0:40 02Pour
Still closed, pour up to 225g.
To 225g 20s Circular -
1:45 03Wait
OPEN the valve to drain.

2:30 04Done
Remove the dripper before 2:30, stir, and serve.
