Champion Hatakeyama Daiki's ultra-fast stir-only immersion on a NEO and Switch base: pour all the water first, add the grounds, stir twice, then open the valve. No pour technique at all.

With the valve CLOSED, pour all 150g of boiling water in, then add the grounds and stir counter-clockwise five times.
To 150g 10s Circular -
0:30 02Stir
Stir counter-clockwise five times again, then wait.

OPEN the valve to drain.

Stir the brew and serve.
