With the valve CLOSED, pour to 120g and let it immerse until 1:00.
To 120g 20s Circular -
1:00 02Pour
OPEN the valve, then pour up to 220g.
To 220g 15s Circular -
1:40 03Pour
Pour up to 280g.
To 280g 12s Circular -
2:30 04Done
Let it finish draining and serve.
