How it brews
An abaca-forward paper (abaca fibre plus European-pine cellulose and a plant-based PLA binder) for V60-style cones, made in Barcelona in S/M/XL. Sibarist positions it as draining meaningfully faster than a standard cone paper, the idea being that you can grind finer for more extraction without choking the bed — that fast, low-clog framing is the maker's own, not independently measured here. Despite the durable feel it's sold single-use; the rinse-and-reuse you'll see online is a community habit, not a Sibarist claim. If your brews routinely stall, this is the paper that most directly buys back drawdown speed on a cone.

How it brews
The V60-sized version of Able's reusable stainless cone. Like its larger Chemex sibling, the metal mesh passes oils and fine particles that paper traps, so it pushes a V60 toward more body and more sediment at the cost of clarity. It drains quickly through the perforated wall, so a coarser grind than your paper V60 recipe usually keeps it from running muddy. "Fast" here is community consensus, not a measured figure. Choose it for zero waste and a heavier cup; keep paper if cup clarity is the priority.
