Method

Pour slowly at center with small spiral.

When bloom cracks, pour thin stream at center to 75g.
+75g 15s slow -
1:00Pour
Increase speed slightly, pour to 150g.

2:00Done
Drawdown complete. Clean extraction through osmotic flow.
