Cafec Deep 45

Large Brew

Cafec Deep 45 Cafec by CAFEC

Cafec's large-brew approach for the Deep 45 applies the brewer's steep geometry to a two-cup batch. The deeper coffee column extends contact and favors a rounded, fully developed cup while retaining enough structure for sharing.

Notes

Begin slightly coarser than for a smaller cone brew, then judge the cooled cup. If the finish is dry or drawdown drags, coarsen further; if acidity feels thin and disconnected, tighten the grind while keeping the pour calm and centered.
